Trust isn’t about knowing what will happen next—it’s about believing that you’ll be okay, even if you don’t.
Whether it’s trusting a process, a person, or simply the rhythm of life, there’s peace to be found when we stop gripping so tightly.
This week, let’s explore together trust as a practice. That means slowing down, noticing where you’re overthinking or trying to control outcomes, and gently loosening your grip. Trust doesn’t mean you stop caring—it just means you start breathing again.
Reflection: What are you trying to control right now? How might letting go help you feel more present and grounded?
Challenge: Pick one thing that feels out of your hands. Instead of forcing a solution, take one calming step—journal about it, go for a walk, or simply say, “I’m choosing trust over control.”
You don’t have to hold it all together. Trust allows space for peace to enter.
