Abundance doesn’t mean having more, it’s about seeing more. It’s a mindset that says, “What I have is already enough,” or learning “I am already whole.”
So often, we chase more—more success, more validation, more stuff. But true abundance isn’t measured in quantity. It’s measured in presence, in connection, in peace.
This week’s focus is about noticing the richness in your life as it is: the relationships you’ve built, the experiences that shaped you, the breath in your lungs. When you begin to see life through the lens of abundance, you stop striving for worth and start standing in it.
Reflection: Where in your life do you already have more than you give yourself credit for? How would your outlook shift if you focused on what’s already good instead of what’s missing?
Challenge: Each day this week, name one area of your life where you already have “enough.” Say it out loud or write it down. Let it be your reminder to live from fullness, not lack.
You are standing in abundance. You don’t have to chase more to be enough.
